What's your refund policy?
We offer a 100% fully guaranteed refund during the first 30 days of contract. Once 30 days are passed, refunds are given as per the remaining days of the month when contract ends.

Can I change my plan after signup?
Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by visiting the plans page. If you aren’t sure how to do this, please contact us and we'll provide you with further instructions.
How do I Pay?
We accept payments through Paypal and all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Access. You can pay with your card directly from Paypal Secure Gateway - and you dont need to create a Paypal account for that.

Am I locked into a contract?
There is no bound contract. We believe in earning your business month after month by providing stellar Joomla customer support. You can cancel your contract with us any time. Although we really hope that doesnt happen.
Do you offer web hosting?
We don’t. We work closely with the webhost of your choice to make sure your site is operating at a high level, but we are not in the hosting business. We’re in the business of being your advocate and support team, which would be really hard if we were your hosting provider too..

Do you have an affiliate and resellar program?
We don’t. And there are a few reasons why. Our main reasoning is that we prefer to establish long term relationships with partners and clients, and affiliate relationships tend to be a lot more fleeting. That said, we have been known to give out some wonderful additional support services to our valued clients who refer us to other potential clients..
Do you offer any discounts if I want you manage more than one Joomla site?
Yes! We definitely give bulk discounts. Contact us for further details. We also work with agencies and corporates to manage their multiple websites and provide support for their products.

Does it matter which webhost I use?
We definitely recommend working with a quality web host, but we’ll be happy to work with whoever you’ve chosen. If you’re looking for a quality hosting provider, we can make some recommendations based on our your needs, and our experience and testing.
Do you have a preferred webhost?
We recommend the web host that’s best for your unique situation. It may sound like a cop out answer, but instead of recommending one host to all of our clients, we go out of our way to find out what your specific needs are, and then try and pair you with a host that meets them.

What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?
The simple answer is that we fix it. We go out of our way to ensure compatibility before we update Joomla extensions, template upgrades, or applying latest Joomla versions, but sometimes the results of an update are unexpected and things break. In those rare scenarios, we quickly repair the issue and contact the extension or template developers so they can work on patching the issue.
How many support requests can I submit each month?
You can ask us as many questions as you’d like, and if your request is covered by your site management plan, then we’ll take care of it right away. There’s no limit to the number of tasks we perform as long as it’s covered by your monthly plan. Sometimes we’ll refer you to an article, or just send you a quick answer of our own for times when you have a question. If your support request isn’t covered by your plan, we’re happy to give you an estimate for completing the work you need done, or can quickly upgrade you to a higher plan. In short, send us a note whenever you think we can make your life easier.

What if I don't need monthly support?
There are certainly cases when good people like you like to manage your own Joomla websites, and don’t need ongoing services. If you just need help configuring any Joomla extension, changing the layout of your website, upgrading to a long term Joomla release, enhancing the features or cleaning up a hacked website, check out our services section.
